Zinkwazi Beach House
- The Zinkwazi Beach house. Award winning architects, Design workshop, have designed a unique house on Zinkwazi’s beautiful and unspoilt beach.
- The house is surrounded by an ancient and protected milkwood forest.
- The house has uninterrupted views from all 3 floors, of the ocean and beach on one side of the house, and milkwood forest on the other.
- You enter the house on the middle floor, having walked along a suspended wooden walkway that winds through the milkwood forest.
- The beach is reached via a wooden walkway from the house.
- The open-plan living, dining and kitchen occupy the middle floor.
- Stacking glass doors open onto a vast 80m deck the full length of the house on both sides – over ocean and forest.
- There is a Weber barbeque on the deck close to the dining area.
- The lounge with Tv has large comfortable sofas, and the dining area has a 12- seater dining table.
- The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms overlooking the sea – There are two bedrooms upstairs with queen-size beds upstairs, spanning a relaxing lounge. The two single bed bedrooms downstairs are separated by a playroom with a table tennis set.
- A double garage with remote – operated doors and a tree – shaded parking for additional vehicles also exists at the house. Security is good, and all the doors can be left open on the sea – facing side of the house, as the whole house is built on concrete pillars and it is not possible to gain access to it except through the back – where there are beams.
- The alarm system is linked to a rapid-response Security Company.

A stunning house, direct beach access with amazing, expansive views of the ocean and beach. We saw whales every day, and dolphins surfing in the waves while having breakfast on the deck. You will not be disappointed
This is a truly special place, and we had an absolutely amazing stay (just far too short!) The house is a stunning design, very modern. The house is elevated, and built on 3 levels, to ensure that you have a breathtaking view of the beach and the ocean. Private access onto a stunning, quiet beach. Sandy beach, with rocks and rock-pools not too far off. Small touches such as recent bestseller novels, guide and tourist books and magazines shows the thought that has gone into making sure everyone has a pleasant stay. Wendy was super friendly, quick to respond to the booking and made sure we had a great stay. Axon the housekeeper was also brilliant, took great care of us and made sure that we didn’t waste time that could be spent on the beach with chores or cleaning up. Whales playing in the ocean right in front of the house, and a pod of dolphins in the surf just sealed a perfect stay.
